Our project management is to plan and manage a project from initial design to final shipping, until it is deliverable and successfully achieve its goals.

When you have no existing supplier in China, we woule like to source suitable supplier for you. When you have existing supplier in China, we would like work as your office to handle all the onging projects.

With many years working in the mould field and rich experience in international business, Mold Technick will help the client to monitor or manage their projects in China factory as an third party.

We can be your eyes to see and report every steps to ensure every projects is going as your expectation.   In case of any delay, misunderstanding or mistakes we will report and give solutions to solve the problem.  We can also help to negociate with price and minitor quality issues.

All in all, we stand in your shoe and think for you. Our goal is to cooperate with clients to plan and manage a project from idea to successful execution with less time, energy, and budget input.
